Terms & Conditions

Your script.

You need to write down some sort of script that will explain in detail what exactly you want us to do. Be specific as to what you want the model(s) to perform. If for instance you have a foot fetish and request a video clip on feet in action, tell us what you like: toes painted (color!) or not, pointing, spreading, curled, standing on tip toes, etc. If nylons are involved, specify the type - stockings, pantyhose, socks - the color, sheer or reinforced toe, etc. If footwear is your thing, try and choose amongst the available choices we offer in the above menus. Tell us if you want to see some dangling, dipping, shoe dropping or general shoe play. If your fetish shoes/boots aren't there, we can possibly buy them at your expense or you can send them to us, along with any other clothing or props you want us to use.

If your fetish is bondage, again be specific as to what you wish to see. Specify the type of rope or nylons to be used to bind the model(s). Model(s) to be gagged or not? Encased in nylon? Dressed, partially undressed or in the nude... Tied to a chair or suspended, etc.

Remember to keep it simple and not to use tons of dialog. The models are not actresses and cannot memorize endless text.

Try and guide the cameraman as to how you want him/her to grab the images. At what level should the camera be held? Do you want the camera mounted on a tripod in a fixed position or would you rather have the camera move about and go with the action... We can also do a double camera take, to get the same action from different angles. Let us know what you want.

Used/Worn Props.

Will you want to have the items used in your video or photo shoot? We need to know ahead of time so as to include the cost of these items in your total.

Time Frame.

We need time to make a special shoot ! Models need to be booked ahead of time and most of them are busy girls with schedules that need to be confirmed well in advance. We need time to gather the necessary items such as special clothing and props. We need time to arrange for the shoot location and get the stage set properly. The shoot itself may take only a few hours, depending on what is requested. But once we have the material "in the can" it then needs to be captured, transferred to the PC, edited, titled and copied to proper media, packaged and shipped. So don't expect to have a video on your hard drive overnight! Usual time frame to be expected should be between 3 to 6 weeks, again depending on what is requested.

Copyright.

When a custom video or photo set is done to order, the client pays for the costs of model fees, the camera and crew people, the props used as per your specifications, stage location (if needed), media used and whatever other services are required to accomplish the task.

The finished video or photo set will remain the property of AJ & NF Partnership and/or Nylonknots.com and can be used on the website, sold as a product, video clips, photo sets, or otherwise.

If you want to buy the copyright to unique and exclusive material, expect to pay at least double the basic price. You must mention if you wish to buy all the rights to your custom work at the time you make a request and before the project gets under way. Otherwise it will be deemed to be a non-exclusive contract.

Fees & Payment.

All fees will be negotiated at the time of your inquiry. Not all models work for the same fee. The costs will vary depending on what is requested. Glamour shots cost less than nude, bondage and open-legs... Some models have traveling costs to consider and others charge more because of their experience and popularity. Expect to pay a minimum of 250$ (USD) per hour and as much as 600$ per hour for kinkier or hard content. Camera and crew also cost about 250$ per hour. Expect to pay a minimum of 1000$ for 30 minutes of edited video.

The above figures are examples only! Your exact cost will be given to you upon reception of your inquiry and script.

A project will get under way AFTER we receive half of the total agreed payment in advance. The balance is to be paid once the material is completed and ready to be shipped. The material will be shipped upon reception of your final payment.

The completed video or photo set is to be accepted as is. There will be NO REFUND on any and all custom work done.

Cancellation.

Once we have agreed on a contract, it will become entirely payable even if it is cancelled before its completion. We would only accept to cancel a contract if no actual shooting has begun but we will not reimburse your initial deposit of 50% of the total cost. Be serious before committing into an order for a custom shoot.

Shipping & Packaging.

Video contents are to be sent on DVD media. The disc will be inside a protective box and packaged in an bubble envelope. It will be sent via regular or Air Mail postage to the address you will have given us. The return address on the package will show only "AJ & NF Partnership" followed by our address, should the package be returned for any reason.

Photo sets will be delivered on CD media in a similar packaging as above described.

Props, clothing, etc. will be shipped in appropriate packaging, including the use of zip lock bags to keep the "scented" items intact. The package will vary depending on what items are to be shipped, but will remain plain wrapped in carton/brown paper with our return address as only mention on the outside.

Foreign deliveries: We may have to disclose contents for customs purposes. We shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs inspections. We will describe contents in a discreet but honest manner, if/when obligated to do so.
